Reconnect with your Breath and disconnect from everyday life. Step into a prepared cleansed space to share in the magic of breath, listen to your body and reclaim your inner peace. Your self-care isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity.

Starting with a guided meditation and exploring conscious breathing to allow you to be vulnerable, where you are held and seen, allow the release and let go of what you no longer require, to start your healing process. This is your practice, and we'll work within your boundaries to support your body and mind.

Breathwork and meditation in this session is accessible to all, no experienced required. Please read terms & conditions and contraindications.

Your guide & qualified facilitator Angela Black (Padma Energy) will lead the session, creating a supportive space, where you can express how you feel and process any emotions that arise.

Be brave and come and explore the magic of breath to help to process of letting go of trauma or anything else holding you back.

Some benefits of Meditation and Breathwork can include calming the nervous system, relieving stress, anxiety, and tension, relieves brain fog, creating clarity, release any trapped emotions or anything that no longer serves us, connect deeper in deeper states of consciousness, and learn how to heal.

What to expect?


Session runs from 60 minutes, please do not eat a heavy meal prior to attending, just something light so you can lay down comfortably.

Starting with a circle and intentions setting, connecting with your thoughts and emotions. A guided meditation (moving and/or guided stillness), calming & releasing breathwork and practices.

You'll be guided through various conscious breath techniques, which are suitable for those with anxiety. Various breath techniques with options for no breath-holds. There is no fast breathing in these sessions as we look to calm down the body and nervous system.

Closing with integration time, journalling, and sharing (optional) at the end or quiet contemplation.

The techniques are used with the intention towards creating a supportive space for the journey of personal reflection, emotional release, and connection with the divine/ higher self. Letting go of that which no longer serves you and finding peace.
This is your practice, and we'll work within your boundaries to support your body and mind.
 

You will be provided with a yoga mat, bolster, blanket and eye mask, please bring anything else that you require to be comfortable. Come with an open mind and wear comfy clothing. Bring a journal in case you want to write down anything that comes up or what you experienced.

Held in a beautiful room, you'll be relaxing in no time,

as you are explore guided meditation and various breathwork techniques, to help in the process of letting go of trauma or anything else holding you back.

The session is 60 minutes in duration. You will be guided in with a meditation, option to dance out the energy or come to stillness. Then each breathwork technique will be explained and we'll breath to allow for a place self-discovery and healing. Medicine drum and some live instruments will be played during this session.

You have the option to dance or recline back and enjoy the sounds as we start your self-discovery experience.
Come to a seat or lay back for the breathwork in a supportive space.
